The three modules being offered are facilitated by teams in small groups, based on the best practices of adult learning. Question-led, interactive discussions, drawing on the learning in the pre-work and life experience of the group encourages peer discipleship relationships. The four modules, experienced over time, allow for personal transformation, skills practice and growth in key areas. The modules build on each other and participants will be certified to co-facilitate these materials after the completion of all four.
