We celebrate you this weekend, Mom!
You’ve scrubbed applesauce out of the carpet. Sat in the van with the screaming 6-year-old until she calmed down enough to go into the grocery store. Patiently encouraged your autistic son through his fear of playgrounds. Endured hair-raising practice drives around the parking lot with the overly confident 15-year-old. Prayed through long nights when you didn’t know where she was or when she was coming home.
Mother, grandmother, step-mother, aunt, Big Sister, guardian—we honor you. Your work is not easy but it is important.
May your children rise up and bless you! (Prov. 31:28)
