Most Muslims in the U.S. conclude Ramadan – their grueling month of fasting and prayer – at sundown tonight with a celebration called “Eid al-Fitr.” If God so leads, you might consider joining your observant Muslim friends’ feast tonight. Possibly bring some food as a gift. Ask questions. Discover what the month was like for them, whether they had visions or dreams, if perhaps God spoke to them about Jesus. It happens – often. Be ready to gently but clearly point them to the “man” they may have seen in dreams, to share with them how that “man” Jesus has paid for their sins, relieving them from demanding laws and regulations. Many are especially spiritually open just now. Seize the moment!
