The town’s in Quebec. The name apparently derives from the town’s founder and something about an obstacle or obstruction on a path. No one seems to know where the exclamation points came from.
But the combo sure makes the town sound fun, right? Sounds like the perfect place for a comedians’ convention, a clown school, a sit-com writers’ retreat.
